To begin the Tilt Shift process you have to open your image up in photoshop. First you have to blur your image by pressing "shift, Q" and hit the gradient tool on the side of your page (looks like a square that fades from black to white) you will have to draw a line of what you want to be blurred  a red will appear you have to press "shift, Q" again up at the top of your page hit filter then  blur, gaussian blur a box will appear now you choose how much you want your image blurred after you have your image blurred press save. Now you need to enhance the colour of your image, you have to start by going to image scroll down till you see adjustments and press "hue and saturation" adjust all the tabs till you have what you like. once you've finished and your happy with your image save your photo! :)
